“Experience is key in anything you do. As a coach, if you have not experienced elite athletes on and off the court, and I do mean off the court as well; You will eventually top out in your tactics, strategies and advice for the youth. Where does the athlete go to after their skill has surpassed your coaching level and qualifications? Basketball players are human beings first that just chose to play basketball. I truly believe this program is where a basketball player goes from naive amateur to (knowledge fed), mature and disciplined skill set player”. – Nate Randall
